Ryan Bloedel – Director of Operations/Project Manager

Ryan was born and raised in Salem, graduating from South Salem High School in 1996. After high school Ryan attended and graduated from the University of Puget Sound with a degree in Finance. After college, Ryan followed in the footsteps of his Father and Grandfather and became a third generation homebuilder. Ryan now has over 13 years of experience in new construction. Ryan is responsible for the day to day operations of the company, including the direct oversight of all projects. Ryan is also very involved in the Home Builders Association of Marion and Polk Counties serving as president of the Association in 2012. Ryan has been a licensed real estate broker in Oregon for over 15 years and is currently a Broker for HomeSmart Realty Group in Salem.


Mark Farrow – Director of Marketing and Sales

Mark has spent most of his life in Salem, graduating from Sprague High School in 1991. He then attended and graduated from UNLV with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Shortly after college his career goals moved him into real estate, and he has been a licensed real estate broker in Salem for nearly 20 years. Mark is currently a co-owner/broker with HomeSmart Realty Group in Salem. His experience while starting out in home sales, has evolved into land acquisition, development and analysis. Mark has been recognized as a Top Producer in the Real Estate Industry and has taken the necessary steps to further his basis in having an in depth knowledge of public facilities, zoning, the political front and development procedures.
